1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are between you ("User" or "Player") and petika ("Company", "us", or "Platform"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile app, and services provided by petika.

By accessing or using any part of the Petika platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you automatically agree to comply with all terms stated here. This acceptance is final and legally binding.

2. Account Eligibility
